My truck has a trunk, lockable and waterproof, about 9 cubic feet. Lowe's has storage boxes that just fit 4 across in it. Not sure what size they are. I don't put anything in it except groceries once a week. Some put ice and use it for a cooler for tailgates etc. It has a drain plug in one corner to empty it. Tailgate swings open like a door in addition to usual truck drop down. LOVE those features. So much above normal trucks. And a very good, and very quiet, ride too. But if I was doing in bed carrying of "stuff" I'd get some quality bins from Lowe's or H-D and bungee them to the forward wall of the bed.
