Ramen in the Prep Stash?

Thinking about keeping some ramen in my prep stash. It's super cheap and fills you up, but I know it ain't the most nutrient-rich option. I've got a couple of cases stored up, but how long do they really last after the expiration date? And, any tips on better storage than just keeping them in the box? Anyone else rotate ramen into their meal plans or know ways to spice it up for emergencies? Feels like they outlast their date sometimes!

I keep a few cases of ramen in my emergency food supply. You can add dehydrated veggies and canned meat to make it more nutritious.
As far as shelf life, as long as they aren't exposed to extreme heat/cold I wouldn't think they'll go bad, except maybe the seasoning packet. I have bullion powders in my supply as well if needed for the ramen instead of the packet that comes with it.
