Perfect carry revolver?

It's not exactly open carried. The "grip" is built into the handle. It leaves about 1/2 inch of the grip exposed in a pocket or behind a belt. You could say it "technically" is not open carried, but it's not in a holster either. The rookie or hard ass vet who wants to jam up a "citizen" who carries might be open to opinion here. It's usually my last carry option.
Just to be clear, Texas law says if any part of the firearm is visible, it's open carry, so yes, a rookie or hard ass might jam you up.

Isn't there a provision that says it must be in a holster, open carry, or not? Same with a pistol in a vehicle.
"If a handgun is partially or wholly visible, it must be in a holster.

Before the law changed in 2021, people in Texas were required to carry their handgun in a "shoulder or belt holster." Now, Section 46.02 (a-5) of the Texas Penal Code now only uses the term "holster," rather than "shoulder or belt holster." The law does not define the word "holster." - https://guides.sll.texas.gov/gun-laws/carry-of-firearms"
