I cut way back on soda but every once in a while one hits just right. Where do you land?

Yep every now and then we don’t keep soda haven't for years. Lost the spare tire around the waistband and we have more energy!
It’s a treat when we go out to eat which is only a couple times a month.

I drink Coke Zero, not every day, and only at home. I will not pay 3.50-4.00 at a restaurant for a soda

Unsweet tea. I use a little whole milk from a local dairy in my coffee if I have it. I stopped drinking Dr. Pepper when I realized I was drinking a 6 pack of 20 oz DP most days. That was a long time ago (90's). I don't add sugar and I try to be aware of it being in processed food. High fructose corn syrup is bad and hard to avoid.

My mom use a full cup of sugar in every gallon she made. It was the best tea ever. Someone talked me into trying Wild Turkey and unsweet tea once. It wasn't bad :)

While at deer camp a few weeks ago someone handed me a beer and I declined. I told him I haven't had a beer in year. I surprised myself. I hadn't given it a thought one way or the other. I'd probably have one in a different setting. We hunted with thermals at night and I don't mix bullets and beer.
