300 Win Mag

I've been shooting my bosses 300 Win Mag for him. Developing a load. I liked it so much I just ordered a Zermatt TL3 action, Proof Research barrel, 26" full bull, 8 twist, and Trigger Tech Diamond trigger. The barrel is 10 weeks out so it'll be a while. I haven't decided on the stock or chassis yet. I like MDT's chassis but I may try something else. Idk...

i keep telling myself i don't need another 9mm as it's a boring cartridge, but i've bought 3 more since then . i have several mdt chassis and are good, but i don't know what choices there are for r700 compatibles/footprints. mag limits (lengths) drive my choices that can be limited with dbm's and cip mags.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with being your own enabler.
I’m lucky in that I’m married to my co-enabler.
For men, want can have the same definition of need.

It ain’t about need, otherwise I would only own three guns… instead of three dozen.

I married well too, although my wife carries, she cares nothing about guns. She never counts my guns, and I never count her shoes. It works out well !
