Are you referencing a Smith Model 19-4 ?

I'm not sure how much premium a 19-4 brings. A new 19 today is ~$1150 in my area. Good luck with your decision.

If it is truly unfired with box and papers, $1200 is fair. Prices on pinned-and-recessed Smiths have been climbing steady.
