I just got a DM on another forum inviting me to join.
Newish to Texas, but have been visiting friends and relatives since the mid 1980s.
My wife and I were finally able to leave the New England after years of delays, which I won't bore anyone with.
We love living in Texas and only wish we could have done it sooner.

I mostly shoot handguns and mostly own S&W 3rd Generation guns.

I am looking forward to participating in the forum and getting to know more people.

Howdy and welcome from Houston(ish). You're not too far from a couple favorite places, Snow's BBQ and 40 Acre Wood bookstore, both in Lexington.

Thanks. I'd say that we plan to try every BBQ place in Texas, but I don't think anyone could live that long!

It's good to have goals, especially when they are beneficial and potentially viable. All you can do is try your best.
