Gun safe is officially full

I told myself I wouldn't buy more guns until I got a bigger safe. That was six months ago, now I'm playing Tetris trying to fit everything in there. When does it end? Does anyone actually stop buying or do you just keep getting bigger safes?

Got two safes now, and some easily replaceable stuff in a built in gun cabinet. Still have handguns scattered in places all over the house. Gun safes only hold the numbers advertised if you grease them and drive them in with a hammer !

Buy, shoot, decide I don't really like it, sell.

Sometimes even if I do like a gun I sell it. I did considerable "herd thinning" in the two years of preparation for moving. There were a few I regret selling. Decide carefully.

I've heard rumors of additional space being made by reboxing handguns and stacking them rather than having them out and racked. And other rumors of scope mounts that cantilever or otherwise easily remove and reattach with no loss of zero making extra gun room previously taken by optics. And I even heard a rumor of emptying and reloading safes and removing various odds and ends that take up room but don't need to be in there. The Secretary will neither confirm nor deny any such rumors and will disavow any knowledge of same.
