Building a .22 ARC

I'm putting together a .22 ARC rifle and need some advice.

What barrel length and twist rate should I go with?
and what magazines feed well?
Should I also use a gas system or adjustable one?
And can I add a suppressor without it getting too dirty?

When I first built my ARC, casings were all over the place, so I will suggest you get an adjustable gas block and also get some metal Grendel mags, the plastic ones don't feed well.
