Hey everyone, I'm on the hunt for some new cooking inspiration! What's your go-to recipe that never fails to impress? I’m all ears for any tips or tricks you might have, and if you have photos of your creations, feel free to share!
 
Tri tip. I use Pappies red seasoning and sear it on both sides in a carbon steel pan on the stove then move it to my pellet grill and set it to 475 degrees and cook for about 35 minutes and it will be a perfect 135 degrees. Delicious 😋.

And if you don't eat it all the next day you can sauté it with some onions it's fantastic and tastes like fajitas!

My homemade BBQ sauce, sour cream enchiladas, shrimp jambalaya, homemade spaghetti sauce, my aunt's homemade pizza recipe including the sauce and brisket!
